Louis Maloof was recommended to me as a realtor 30 years ago. I've bought and sold over 5 homes with him and I'm always impressed how knowledgeable he is about real estate and the legalities involved. He is dedicated to the profession and has made it his lifetime career. He takes the time to get to know exactly what his clients are looking for and what their expectations are by joining them at every open house. He is kind and patient and it doesn't take long to get comfortable with him. He also gets involved in every step of the buying and selling process, such as home offers, purchase and sales agreements, home inspections, photography, home descriptions, negotiations, offer reviews and closings. He carefully reads and writes all correspondence involved in the process and abides by all the legalities of real estate. He offers many recommendations.
